👉 Screen Printed Transfers, genuine plastisol screen print ink, pressed onto your garments in-house. Ideal for bold 1 to 6 colour logos on cotton, cotton blends and fleece.

👉 Traditional Screen Printing, for very large runs of the same simple print, managed through our partner studios.

Screen Printed Plastisol Transfers 🎨

Your design is screen printed in real plastisol ink onto a sheet, then heat pressed onto your garments here in Moorabbin. You get the soft, bold, true screen print finish, without needing hundreds of pieces to make it worthwhile.

What they do well

• The genuine screen print look and feel, real plastisol ink, not a lookalike
• Exact Pantone colour matching, up to 6 spot colours 🎨
• Ink settles into the fabric for a soft feel that gets softer with washing
• Built for regular washing 🧼
  

Where they have limits

• Spot colours only, up to 6. Gradients and photographic artwork are better suited to DTF or Supacolour
• For cotton, cotton blends and fleece. Not suitable for technical polyester or sublimated fabrics
• Light colours on dark garments need a white base underneath, which counts as one of your colours
• Every colour needs its own screen, so setup costs more than the digital methods.
• Best value on repeat logos and larger orders

Best suited to
Bold 1 to 3 colour logos on tees, hoodies and fleece, where you want true screen print feel and exact brand colours 👕

• Minimums start from 25 pieces, depending on your artwork size
• Pricing and setups are based on the number of colours, print size and quantity 💵
• Our custom branding lead time is 10-15 business days ⏳

Traditional Screen Printing 🖨️

We used to screen print in-house, we don't anymore. For very large runs where it still makes sense, we manage the whole job through our partner studios. Same service, same point of contact.

When it makes sense

• 500 or more pieces of the exact same print
• Simple artwork, one or two colours maximum
• Long lead times aren't a problem, partner runs can take 8 weeks or more

Do you still offer screen printing?
Yes, two ways. For most orders we use Screen Printed Transfers, real screen print ink pressed in-house. For very large runs of a simple print, we manage traditional screen printing through our partner studios.

What's the difference between Screen Printed Transfers and DTF?
Screen Printed Transfers use plastisol ink in exact Pantone spot colours, up to 6, with a soft feel that settles into the fabric. DTF prints unlimited colours, gradients and photographic detail, and works on almost any fabric including polyester.

Which one should I choose?
A bold spot colour logo on cotton or fleece where you want the classic screen print feel: Screen Printed Transfers.
Full colour or detailed artwork: DTF or Supacolour.
500 or more of the same simple print with time to spare: traditional screen printing.
