We offer three sizes of personal name embroidery, each designed for different garments and placements.

Small Name Embroidery

Our Small Personal Name Embroidery is designed primarily for chest placement on uniforms, including polo shirts, business shirts, scrubs and workwear.

It's a popular choice for employee names, healthcare professionals and job titles, particularly when a company logo is embroidered on the opposite chest.

Medium Name Embroidery

Our Medium Personal Name Embroidery is suited to larger lettering on aprons, jumpers, towels and selected bags.

It works well when the name needs to be more prominent than a small chest embroidery.

• Centre front or centre back placement

Large Name Embroidery

Our Large Personal Name Embroidery is intended for applications where larger lettering is needed, such as selected bags, towels or other suitable products.

Choose from 12 standard embroidery fonts and a selection of thread colours.

Each size has its own available placement options, so check the individual product before ordering.

Longer names may need to be reduced in size to fit within the maximum embroidery width. Very small lettering can also be difficult to reproduce clearly, which is why choosing the appropriate size matters.

Is There a Minimum Order?

No. Our standard personal name embroidery service has a minimum order of just one, making it practical for individuals, new employees and small replacement orders.

There are no custom artwork setup fees when you use the available fonts and follow the standard product requirements.

We only embroider names onto products purchased from us.

How to Order Personal Name Embroidery

Choose your Small, Medium or Large embroidery product, then select your preferred font, thread colour, placement and quantity.

Add your garments or other suitable products to the same order.

At checkout, provide the names exactly as you want them embroidered, or email us your list. Check spelling carefully, as standard personal name embroidery does not include a digital artwork mock-up.

Our usual branded-order lead time is approximately 10–15 business days.

Personal Name Embroidery vs Logo Embroidery

Personal name embroidery uses standard lettering fonts and doesn't require a custom logo to be digitised.

Logo embroidery is the better option when you want to reproduce a company logo, custom lettering or a specific graphic design.

The two can also be combined on suitable garments, for example, a company logo on the left chest and an employee's name on the right.

Can you embroider a job title as well as a name?

Yes, provided the text fits within the size and line limits of your selected embroidery option.

Can you embroider onto clothing I already own?

No. We only provide personal name embroidery on products purchased from us.

Can I have personal name embroidery on a cap?

Our standard Small Personal Name Embroidery service is not available on caps. Contact us about suitable cap-branding alternatives.

How long does personal name embroidery take?

Our standard lead time for branded orders is approximately 10–15 business days.

Can I return clothing with a name embroidered on it?

Personalised garments cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, so check garment sizing and the spelling of names before ordering.
