DTG or Direct to Garment printing is the modern solution for custom printed tee shirts 👕 Delivering the same high quality look and feel as traditional screen printing but without the costly setups and colour limitations 🎨

With DTG, the ink is applied directly into the fabric 👕 creating a soft, smooth and matte finish✨

When printing on dark or black garments, DTG produces a slightly vintage, "worn-in" effect (similar to screen printing) due to the ink coverage not being fully opaque. This gives your custom t shirts 👕 that relaxed, "favourite piece of clothing" vibe straight out of the bag! 🛍️

DTG Process Note 📝
DTG printing is a multi step process involving several machines. When you receive your product, it may have a "bruise" around the print area and may feel "sticky" due to pre and post treatment. Don’t worry, this is totally normal! After the first wash this will disappear💧

New Artwork Approval Method 🖌️

For new customers (or existing customers with new artwork), the Branding Setup Fee includes a physical strike off of your print on fabric for approval. Once approved, our machines store your artwork for future use. No repeat setup fees unless artwork changes are made or you select a different branding method.

Note: The strike off is provided on sample fabric, not the exact product fabric. However, it’s an exact replica of how your logo will look 👀 in bulk production, same size, same colour, same everything! 🌟
