Custom Embroidered Caps for Your Business or Team
Custom caps are a practical way to promote your brand, outfit your staff or create merchandise for your club or event. Whether you need a small run of embroidered caps for your team or a larger quantity for a promotional campaign, House of Uniforms offers a wide selection of cap styles suitable for custom branding.
Our embroidery and printing is completed in-house at our Moorabbin, Melbourne facility. This gives us direct control over the decoration process, from preparing your logo to producing the finished caps.
We supply custom embroidered caps across Australia, with options for businesses, sporting clubs, schools, community groups and events.
Embroidered Caps: A Professional Finish That Lasts
Embroidery is one of the most popular decoration methods for branded caps. Your logo is stitched directly onto the fabric, creating a textured, durable finish that works particularly well on suitable cotton, polyester and structured cap designs.
Traditional flat embroidery is ideal for many company logos, club emblems and text designs.
For logos that need extra dimension, we also offer 3D embroidery on suitable caps. This technique uses raised stitching to create a bold, dimensional effect, particularly popular for larger lettering and simple graphic designs.
Not every cap or logo is suitable for every embroidery technique. Our team can advise on the best approach for your chosen style and artwork.
Custom Trucker Caps
Trucker caps are a popular choice for branded merchandise, outdoor workwear, promotional events and casual team uniforms.
Their distinctive combination of a fabric front and mesh back panels makes them a practical option for warmer conditions, while the structured front panels of many styles provide a suitable area for logo embroidery.
Choose from classic two-tone designs, contrasting mesh panels and contemporary colour combinations to complement your business or club branding.
Branded Caps for Businesses, Clubs and Events
Branded caps are a versatile promotional product because they can be worn well beyond a single event or campaign.
Business uniforms: Add your company logo to caps worn by outdoor staff, delivery teams, tradespeople and event crews.
Sporting clubs: Create embroidered caps featuring your club crest, team name or sponsor branding.
Corporate merchandise: Custom caps make useful additions to staff welcome packs, promotional giveaways and branded merchandise ranges.
Events and promotions: Outfit volunteers, organisers or participants with coordinated headwear that makes your brand easy to recognise.
With a wide selection of colours and cap styles, you can choose headwear that complements your existing uniforms and branding.
Choosing the Right Cap for Your Logo
The best cap for embroidery depends on its construction, fabric, available decoration area and the complexity of your artwork.
Structured caps have reinforced front panels that help maintain their shape and often provide a suitable surface for embroidered logos.
Unstructured caps have a softer, more relaxed appearance. Embroidery may still be possible, although the design and placement need to suit the product.
Snapback caps offer adjustable sizing and are popular for teams, events and contemporary branded merchandise.
Fitted and stretch-fit caps provide an alternative for those who prefer a cap without a traditional adjustable closure.
Logo placement is most commonly on the front of the cap, although side and rear embroidery may be available depending on the style and design.
If you're unsure which cap will work best, our team can help you select a suitable product before production begins.
