Well, judging by the amount of issues our customers have had with previous suppliers, you’d be forgiven for thinking it was near impossible to get what you want.

That said, we understand you may have worries about ordering if you have been burnt in the past. It makes sense.
So we’re here to put your mind at ease.
That’s why we’ve made a list of our effective solutions to the most common problems people experience when ordering uniforms...
Problem:
The branding on my products looks different each time I get it.
Solution:
Once your artwork has been approved, we store it digitally in our machines for future use.
This ensures repeat orders will look the same as the products you received previously.
Problem:
When there is an issue with my order - I can’t get in touch with my supplier.
Solution: If there’s anything you’re unsure of, or you wish to discuss with us, we are here to help. We’re contactable via email & phone Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Or, if you’re in the area during these hours, feel free to pop in to the showroom & speak to us in person. We are located in Walter St, Moorabbin.
Problem:
The branding on my products was not the right colour, layout, size, placemement, etc.
Solution:
We provide physical samples of branding for all new customers. This sample must be seen & approved before production commences to ensure there are no surprises when you receive the finished product.
Problem:
My last supplier didn’t offer much guidance, leaving me a little lost & overwhelmed.
Solution:
Our team is trained, so they know everything about the garments, merchandise & branding we offer.
They will be happy to speak to you & help you figure out the best options for your brand & goals.
Problem:
The products & branding I received were not the quality I expected.
Solution:
We have over 3,000 sample garments & hundreds of branding samples in our showroom (by appointment only). You’re free to come & check them out before you place your order so you know exactly what you’re going to get. We also offer a sample loan service to our clients across Australia that we'll happily discuss with you.
Problem:
My supplier gave me no information about sizing so I just had to cross my fingers & guess.
Solution:
We have samples in our showroom that you can come in to try on (by appointment only). Alternatively, we offer a sample loan service for business clients so you can take the garments to your team to try on for sizing.
Please note: We do not have samples of every style, size or colour available. Trying these garments on is subject to availability, However, if you do need all the sizes in order to fit out your team you’re able to buy a fitting range to keep on hand for future use.
If we do not have samples of the garments you want, we provide sizing information that you can use to measure yourself against. We also have handy video guides explaining how to measure yourself accurately.
Problem:
Figuring out exactly what we got last time means that reordering is always an annoying process.
Solution:
Our IT system holds all the information about your previous order history. Simply call or email us to find out what you ordered previously or place repeat orders.
Problem:
I want to set up an order form so my staff can place orders themselves, but I’m not sure how to.
Solution:
Let us know if you want a custom order form for your organisation & we will create one for you. It will include all the products your team members can order as part of their uniform.
Your staff can simply fill out the form & send it through to your sales rep, cutting out unnecessary admin.
Problem:
I need help with ongoing uniform management as I have high staff turnover.
Solution:

Most of our uniforms offer a large range of sizes from very small to very large (in most cases they go much larger than what you would find in retail markets). We also have styles that are specifically suited to very tall people.
